Tasks and functions of the coordination and methodical council
Analysis of the state of scientific support and development of the concept of plant protection.
Formation of scientific and technical programs of fundamental and applied research.
Determining the optimal amount of funding, the availability of appropriately qualified scientific personnel, the material and technical base in scientific institutions, necessary for the implementation of scientific and technical programs.
Examination organization:
projects of scientific and technical programs, the development of which is determined by the tasks of the Center;
long-term and annual plans of research and development works of co-executors of the Center's research subjects;
scientific developments proposed for implementation in agricultural production;
topics of research works, which will be performed on a contractual basis according to the tasks of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and other ministries and departments of Ukraine;
reports of scientific institutions on the fulfillment of the tasks of the scientific and technical programs of the Center.
Control over the progress of scientific research works by scientific institutions.
Control over the methodical level of research in co-executive institutions, determination of ways to increase the effectiveness of research.
Hearing and approval of the report on the work of the Center and its main scientific institution.
Development of the main directions and forms of international cooperation, promotion of the development of scientific relations with scientific institutions of foreign countries / International scientific programs, congresses, conferences.
Preparation of informative reports and scientific reviews on issues coordinated by the Center.
Reporting to the branch department on the state of development and implementation of the Center's scientific and technical programs.
