According to the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens", everyone has the right to apply to the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with statements, proposals or complaints regarding the institution's activities.

What should the appeal contain
In the appeal, the citizen's surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence and the essence of the raised issue are stated. The written request must be signed by the applicant and dated.
Appeals are considered in accordance with the procedure and terms established by the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens". Anonymous appeals and appeals without specified information are not subject to consideration.
