The postgraduate course at the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences was opened in 1947.
Since 2003, the training of scientific personnel has been carried out on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Education and Culture dated 28.02.2003, protocol No. 112, by specialties 06.01.11 - phytopathology, 16.00.10 - entomology, 03.00.16 - ecology.
In 2016, for the implementation of educational activities at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, an appropriate license was obtained, which granted the right to train doctors of philosophy in the field of knowledge 20 "Agrarian sciences and food" from the specialty 202 "Protection and quarantine of plants" with (order of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of March 30, 2021, No. 37-l).
Persons who have obtained a master's degree or the educational qualification level of a specialist are admitted to postgraduate studies on a competitive basis.
Preparation at the post-graduate course of the Institute of Research and Development of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences is carried out at the expense of:
- funds from the State Budget of Ukraine (if the citizen obtained the third degree of higher education for the first time with funds from the state budget);
- funds of legal entities and individuals (on the terms of the contract).
Periods of training in graduate school:
eye form - daytime - 4 years;
correspondence form - 4 years.
