The Plant Protection Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and the PROGRESS project invite farmers, representatives of agribusiness, scientific institutions, agricultural experts, representatives of the public and private sectors to participate in online trainings on integrated protection for the following crops: apple, garden strawberry, raspberry and walnut.
Participants will learn about:
🔹 nematodes in fruit and berry cultures;
🔹integrated protection of garden crops in conditions of climate change;
🔹biological method of protection as a component of integrated plant protection;
🔹application of chemical means of plant protection in modern agricultural production.

The trainings are implemented within the framework of the PROGRESS project, which is financed by the Federal Ministry of Environmental Protection, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety of Germany (Bundesumweltministerium) within the framework of the International Climate Initiative (IKI), which is implemented in Ukraine by a consortium of organizations under the leadership of the German governmental organization Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the State University "Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (IEP NASU).
