The Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences announces recruitment in 2025 for postgraduate studies to obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge:

N - Agriculture, forestry, fisheries and veterinary medicine

H1 - Agronomy (protection and quarantine of plants).

Persons who have obtained a master's degree or the educational qualification level of a specialist are admitted to postgraduate studies on a competitive basis.

Training at the Institute's postgraduate course is carried out at the expense of:

- funds from the State Budget of Ukraine (if the citizen acquires the third level of higher education for the first time with funds from the state budget);

- the funds of legal entities and individuals (on the terms of the contract, in particular, for the funds of grants received by a higher educational institution (scientific institution) for conducting scientific research, which provides for the training of higher education applicants for the degree of doctor of philosophy or doctor of science).

Periods of training in graduate school:

full-time form - full-time (by state order) - 4 years;

correspondence form (on the terms of the contract) - 4 years.

The entrance tests are prescribed in the rules for admission to the post-graduate program of the Institute of Scientific Research of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which can be found on the website - www.ipp.gov.ua

The condition for an entrant's admission to the entrance exams is the successful passing of the EVV (entrance test on the methodology of scientific research with at least 100 points) in 2025 and the successful passing of the EVI in 2023, or 2024, or 2025 with a score for each of its blocks of at least 150 points.

To receive exam certificates, you need to register on the website "UKRAINIAN EDUCATION QUALITY ASSESSMENT CENTER"

For admission to the postgraduate program of the Institute, entrants apply in person to the following documents of the admission committee:

- an application addressed to the director of the Institute in paper form for admission to the entrance exams, indicating the competitive offer (state order or funds of individuals and/or legal entities), specialty, form of education;

- a copy of the military registration document (for conscripts - a military card or temporary ID, for conscripts - a certificate of registration at conscription stations);

- the results of the EVI in 2023, or 2024, or 2025 with a score for each of its blocks of at least 150 points;

- the results of the EBB on the methodology of scientific research with a score of not less than 100 points;

- personnel record sheet with a 6x4 photo;

- a copy of the passport;

- a copy of the TIN assignment certificate;

- a medical certificate on the state of health in the form No. 086/o;

- a copy of a master's degree (OKR "Specialist"), persons who have obtained a relevant education abroad - a copy of a nostrified document on education;

- 2 photo cards of 3x4 format;

- autobiography;

- a copy of the work book for employees (certified by the place of work with

seal);

- copies of published scientific works and inventions (if available);

- a research proposal on the chosen topic of the dissertation research;

- consent of the entrant to the processing of personal data.

Copies of documents without presenting the originals will not be accepted.

Start of accepting applications and documents

- from September 3 to September 8, 2025 (at the expense of budget funding and under the terms of the contract)

Entrance exams to graduate school:

- from September 10 to 11, 2025 (for entrants on budget and contract terms).
