LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE COMPETITION

A person who expressed a desire to participate in the competition (hereinafter referred to as a candidate) submits the following documents in person, sends by mail or sends to the e-mail address specified in the announcement:

1) a written statement addressed to the director of the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences about participation in the competition;

2) a copy of an identity document;

3) a completed identity card (questionnaire) of the established model;

4) autobiography;

5) a copy of the employment book (if available);

6) copies of documents on higher education, advanced training, the awarding of a scientific degree, the awarding of a scientific title, a military ticket (for military personnel or conscripts);

7) a list of the candidate's scientific works published over the past five years in domestic and/or foreign (international) peer-reviewed professional publications (hereinafter - scientific works), in particular, published:

in scientific publications included in the List of scientific specialized publications of Ukraine;

in scientific publications of other countries;

publications in periodical scientific publications included in the list of specialized publications of Ukraine, in scientometric databases, in particular Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection.

8) written consent to the processing of personal data.

Candidates send a list of scientific works with a link to information resources and websites where they are located, or electronic copies of scientific works to the e-mail address specified in the announcement.

Candidates can provide additional information reflecting the results of their scientific activities:

• invention patents that have passed qualification examination;
• monographs (chapters in collective monographs);
• links to scientific online profiles;

Documents must be submitted to the director of the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences at the address: Kyiv, st. Vasylkivska, 33, 03022, HR department or plant_prot@ukr.net

The Institute does not provide housing.

Candidates who expressed a desire to participate in the competition can submit additional information about education, work experience, professional level and reputation (characteristics, recommendations, copies of scientific publications, abstracts, etc.), as well as their vision of the development of research and development in the position.

If the candidate sends the documents by mail, the date indicated on the postmark is considered the date of submission of the documents.

Candidates whose documents do not meet the established requirements will not be allowed to participate in the competition, which will be notified by the personnel department of the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences within five working days from the date of receipt of the documents. Within no more than two working days after receiving the notification, the candidate has the right to eliminate deficiencies and resubmit documents for participation in the competition.
