The head of the parliamentary faction of the "Batkivshchyna" political party, People's Deputy of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko presented the Gratitude of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the director of the Plant Protection Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

A ceremonial handover took place Thanks to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk Director of the Plant Protection Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Oleksandr Ivanovich Borzykh.
The award, certified by Order No. 405-k of June 23, 2025, was presented by People's Deputy of Ukraine, head of the parliamentary faction of the "Batkivshchyna" political party, Yulia Tymoshenko.

The award was given for a significant personal contribution to the development of agriculture in Ukraine, many years of scientific activity and high professionalism.

During the presentation, Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized that such scientists as Oleksandr Ivanovich Borzykh are the pride of Ukrainian agricultural science. Oleksandr Borzykh thanked for the high evaluation of his work and emphasized that the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine continues to actively develop scientific directions aimed at increasing the efficiency and environmental friendliness of agricultural production.
