Training of farmers on integrated plant protection starts As part of the implementation of the PROGRESS project, the implementation of training modules for farmers on integrated protection in the conditions of climate change is starting. In cooperation with the Institute of Plant Protection of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, the PROGRESS project invites farmers, businesses, representatives of associations and scientific institutions to the kick-off online meeting, during which we will present the schedule and program of training modules for those interested, tell about the planned trainings on integrated protection for the following crops: apple, garden strawberry, raspberry, walnut.Particular attention will be paid to the Demonstration Project on strawberry plantations, where modern approaches of integrated plant protection will be implemented with an emphasis on the use of biological preparations, the use of organic fertilizers and the reduction of the pesticide load. We invite farmers, agro-producers and all interested persons to join the opening event and be the first to learn about the dates of the start of training.
