We invite you to take part in the VIII International Scientific Conference "Medicinal plants: traditions and perspectives of research", dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the Soviet Union. The conference will be held on April 15, 2026 at the Research Station of Medicinal Plants of the Institute of Agroecology and Nature Management of the National Academy of Sciences at the address: 37535, str. Pokrovska, 16A, p. Berezotocha, LinBensky District, Poltava Region, Ukraine.

Form of participation - remote. Participation in the event free of chargeram.

Scientific program The conference involves work in the following directions:

1. History of the study of medicinal plants;
2. Resource science, collection and introduction of medicinal plants;
3. The latest technologies in medicinal plant production and their implementation;
4. Genetics, selection, seed production and seed science of medicinal plants;
5. Physiology of medicinal plants and biotechnology;
6. Phytochemical research and use of medicinal plants;
7. Ecological aspects of growing medicinal plants.

Working languages ​​of the conference: Ukrainian and English.

Terms of participation in the conference

The following must be sent to the organizing committee:

- application for participation in the conference by April 10, 2026 (according to the attached form);

- electronic version of the article until April 10, 2026 in .doc., doc., .rtf format;

- short annotations to the article in Ukrainian and English;

- a review or feedback from the supervisor (for graduate students and students);

Articles that do not meet the requirements for design, the topic of the conference or sent after the deadline will not be considered and accepted.

Requirements for registration of conference materials

Scientific articles (from 1 to 4 full pages) are submitted in electronic form in the Word 2003 text editor in the format ".doc, ".docx., ".rtf (the file name is the last name of the first author). All margins are 2 cm. Font – Times New Roman. A4 format. The font size is 14 pt. Paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm, text alignment across the page width, spacing – 1.0, the Latin name of biological objects is indicated in italics.

On the first page, print: UDC, title of the article, surname and initials of the author, position, academic rank, full name of the institution and keywords.
