On April 8, 2025, the CMU made changes to The procedure for the preparation of higher education applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Science in higher education institutions (scientific institutions)
According to Clause 21 after the fifth paragraph, new paragraphs with the following content are added:
"During the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine to the individual curriculum postgraduate student (adjunct) in the third year of full-time training education is included a single state assessment of Ukrainian and foreign languages for academic purposes as a mandatory final control with the use of organizational and technological processes of external independent assessment, which is carried out in the manner determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The procedure for conducting a single state assessment for adjuncts is determined by state bodies under whose management are educational institutions (scientific institutions) that carry out the relevant training.
